Wave Enterprises is a company primarily founded by OceanicWavez, a former Deputy Director of Parks & Wildlife. The primary goal of this business, according to OceanicWavez, was to become a “multi-state corporation.” On 01/04/2023, the business had only one property, Volt Nightclub, located in Plymouth City. At that time, Wave Enterprises aimed to expand its popularity to other locations and states. Chief Operating Officer (COO) captainchrissygaming was in charge of all company operations. The following day, iBeload was recruited as the Director of the Administrative Bureau (HR), Karrot55 as the Director of the Security Bureau (Head of Security), and Bellerance as the Manager of the Employee Standards Division (HR). captainchrissygaming announced that these members would do their best to fulfill their roles, and if anyone had specific questions, they were encouraged to message them. Wave Enterprises made its debut by gradually recruiting additional personnel over time, with the majority of assistance provided by captainchrissygaming.

On 04/08/23, Wave Enterprises announced the ownership of Beograd Kuhinja, a Serbian bar near MPBS in Lander City. OceanicWavez stated, “This is exciting as we basically resemble how a company would operate in real life, with multiple locations. The staff structure may be changed shortly, with the possibility of a “General Manager” for each location. Corporate will oversee both locations.

On 04/09/23, Wave Enterprises announced another success: ownership of Wave Tavern, a county bar located next to the New Haven County Sheriff’s Office. The company now had three properties and decided not to acquire more locations. They focused on structuring divisions and roles to achieve success in maintenance and security, adding more roles over time. Events and public relations efforts encouraged more civilians to join the business. Wave Enterprises assured civilians that if they wanted to work for the company, various benefits would be available to them, including tips, special giveaways, free car insurance, legal representation in case of false arrest or citation, monetary income after each shift or event, experience and references, fancy uniforms, and access to staff areas in the three locations (Volt Nightclub, County Bar, Beograd).

On 06/27/23, OceanicWavez appointed Bellerance as the “Second Chief Operating Officer” of the company, serving as the third-in-command. He stated, “Bellerance has been appointed to Chief Operating Officer to serve as third-in-command for the entire company. She will be helping to lead and direct the operations of Wave.” On 11/03/23, the President of the company, OceanicWavez, decided to restart the business, stating, “In order to completely rebuild and reform Wave, we are restarting the Staff Team and our operations. With this in mind, we are now looking for individuals to fill up our Board of Directors.”

A month later, EffortlessFriend was hired as the Limousine Bureau director, Toxic_xNorax as the Security Bureau director, and Bellerance as the Vice President of Wave Enterprises. The next day, OceanicWavez announced his departure from Mayflower, confidently leaving Wave Enterprises in Bellerance’s hands as President.

Bellerance, originally the Bakery Manager at Wonderland Bellecat Bakery Café in Lander City MCD, redirected the business’s growth on the same day. She invited members of the bakery’s internal affairs to work at Wave Enterprises, including all available staff. Her goal was to increase the company’s prominence by acquiring more territories across all spaces in New Haven County. This ambition attracted more civilian customers and employees to the company. She received assistance from DunoProdigy, who was promoted to Vice President and made a statement on 12/29/23:

DunoProdigy, Vice President of Wave Enterprises

“I am DunoProdigy; here is something you guys should know. Belle and I both own two businesses together, the Bellecat Bakery & Wave Enterprises. I know it is a common belief I am just a ‘Co-Owner,’ however, I am an owner; I just do more behind-the-scenes things. While Belle focuses on the Bakery, I will be running Waves Enterprises, as I finish up my introduction phase. I will begin events, hiring, and restructuring. Any questions regarding events at any of our properties (i.e., Volt) may be directed to me and not Belle.”

On 01/21/24, Bellerance announced that Wave Enterprises finally owned the West Restaurant, renamed “Wave Restaurant,” an elegant restaurant located near Volt Nightclub in Plymouth City. The company now owns four properties. Private security (such as the Genesis Resource Group business owned by Fliply27) was increasingly hired to provide enhanced protection on the premises, including a contract with the Mayflower State Police endorsed by Trooper covertcloak, a member of internal affairs in both Wonderland Bellecat Bakery Café and Wave Enterprises.

Nowadays, the members of the Board of Directors of Wave Enterprises are continuously accumulating a growing sum of money, and the business is attracting more interested citizens. However, the Department of State has stated that they are reviewing their properties, which is currently posing a problem for the company. Senator szyn_ix fully supports Wave Enterprises and plans to propose a law to protect the property rights of all businesses in the upcoming Senate session. Wave Enterprises remains the largest property owner in the State of Mayflower.

MPBS will keep the article updated.
