During the Beach Party event organized by Mayflower Parks & Wildlife in collaboration with the New Haven County Sheriff’s Office on 02/08/2024, two deputies from NHCSO, Deputy First Grade Aerolifts from Criminal Investigations, and Deputy First Grade TerraActual, also from Criminal Investigations, approached the MPBS to share a rather intriguing story about an incident that occurred just the day before the party.

According to Deputy TerraActual, he was representing NHCSO during a court case, adorned with an NHCSO badge, yet not on duty. Upon being noticed by Mayflower State Police Trooper/Senator coolg6ry, he was swiftly tased and subsequently arrested for impersonation. In response to the allegations, TerraActual asserted that the incident stemmed from a personal vendetta against him, attempting to justify it based on an argument he had with Trooper coolg6ry concerning “Probable cause” beforehand. He stated :

TerraActual, NHCSO Deputy First Grade

This is due to a vendetta against me. It’s just immature. Organized crime may have tried to take me down, but we will continue. Death to organized crime.

These strong words suggest a deeper conflict underlying the events leading to his arrest.

The arrest took place immediately after the court session was dismissed. Deputy TerraActual, who was off duty but still representing the department, was shocked by the sudden turn of events. The incident raises concerns about the use of force and the circumstances surrounding TerraActual’s arrest.

Deputy First Grade Aerolifts, a vocal supporter of Deputy TerraActual, expressed concerns about the apparent misconduct, urging the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) to conduct a thorough inquiry into Senator/Trooper coolg6ry’s actions. Aerolifts emphasized,

Aerolifits, Deputy First Grade

Misconduct is a crime, and this needs to be brought to justice.

Notably, Deputy TerraActual’s criminal record for impersonation was expunged with the assistance of his lawyer, NotoriousAmerican, raising questions about the validity of the arrest. Within the words of Deputy Aerolifits and TerraActual, various internal affairs divisions, including the New Haven County Sheriff’s Office Internal Affairs and the Mayflower State Police Internal Affairs, have reportedly supported TerraActual’s case, indicating a belief in the need for further investigation.

As the controversy unfolds, the community awaits the outcome of any potential investigations into the conduct of Senator/Trooper coolg6ry. The case highlights the importance of transparency and accountability within law enforcement agencies and raises questions about the appropriate use of force in tense situations.
